At FUNPRO, we are committed to delivering your celebration essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping rates and estimated timelines:

1. Shipping Charges

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your total cart value:

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping.

  • Orders between ₹500 and ₹999: A shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

  • Orders up to ₹499: A shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your products within 4–6 working days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

3. Important Considerations

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, timelines may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public holidays) or location-specific logistics in certain regions.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

 

100% Refund
More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.
90% Refund
24 hours before the event: A 90% refund will be issued.
50% Refund
24 to 12 hours before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
No Refund
Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.
Special Dates
13th & 14th Feb, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, and 1st Jan: No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to peak demand (Valentine's Day, Christmas, and New Year).

No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

No refunds are applicable once physical decoration work has actively begun on-site.
Force Majeure: In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or unexpected safety lockdowns, custom refunds or full rescheduling windows will be offered depending directly on technical vendor agreements and structural conditions.
